Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the passenger/client to read, become familiar with and understand the information indicated on the reservation slip regarding WHERE TO MEET DRIVERS, DELAYS, and the full TERMS and CONDITIONS of the reservation. These Terms and Conditions are legally binding upon the passenger/client.
The reservation confirmation slip, along with Airport Orbit’s tariff on file with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, constitute the sole contract between the individual passenger/client named on the reservation confirmation slip and Airport Orbit. Airport Orbit does not accept any responsibility for any actions of the passenger/client. Airport Orbit’s liability for failure to perform or for any delay in performance is limited to refunding to the passenger/client any payment received for the involved service, including a refund of any payment to secure the reservation. The purchase of a reservation and this confirmation slip do not guarantee transportation. The transportation provided is subject to these written terms. Airport Orbit shall in no way be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages or expenses resulting from the performance or delay in performance of, or failure to perform, transportation of said client and other services incidental thereto, whether or not Airport Orbit had knowledge that such damages might be incurred. It is the sole responsibility of client to make a reservation for pick-up at a time far enough in advance of the desired time of arrival at the destination in order to allow for any such delays or problems. Airport Orbit reserves the right to cancel service when, in its sole discretion, the weather creates conditions prohibiting safe travel. In addition, no service will be provided when the roads are closed due to a snow emergency or other emergency situations. Airport Orbit accepts no responsibility for nor can they be held in anyway responsible for delays and/or early arrivals/departures of any other connecting carriers, or other problems caused by acts of God, or other situations which might arise to affect service, including but not limited to mechanical failure, road construction, traffic conditions/delays and/or circumstances beyond their control. Airport Orbit agrees to issue confirmations for and provide for such transportation service between points listed in this document only at times listed for the fee listed. Airport Orbit accepts no responsibility to either wait for passengers, search for passengers or provide any other extraordinary means of reaching passengers in order to transport them, other than to wait no longer than fifteen minutes from the designated departure only.
Airport Orbit reserves the following rights:
- Rights to choose terms of the confirmation and terms herein listed.
- Rights to refuse to carry passengers for reasons deemed by the driver as unsafe or undesirable.
- Right to change route and times.
Airport Orbit has the responsibility to:
- Refund charges paid by passenger when cancellation is made according to the terms herein stated.
- Provide a transportation vehicle with driver at the times and locations designated on the confirmation and in the possession of the passenger subject to the terms and conditions herein stated.
It is the sole responsibility of the Passenger/Client to:
- Arrange and pay for transportation with a booking agent, during booking hours, at least 24 hours in advance.
- Meet Airport Orbit driver at the times and places designated on the confirmation.
- Notify Airport Orbit of any arrival delays or schedule changes that affect the passenger’s arrival time by more than 15 minutes.
- Cancel transportation with a booking agent, during booking hours, at least 24 hours prior to times shown on documents or forfeit charges paid.
