WHEELCHAIRS, EXCESS LUGGAGE, OVER-SIZED LUGGAGE, ANIMALS, CHILD CAR SEATS...

Clients traveling in wheelchairs - Airport Orbit, Inc. is not able to accommodate clients in wheelchairs, however CAN accommodate clients that request 'wheelchair assistance' at the airport (with their respective airlines). These clients must be able to get in and out of our vehicles on their own (Airport Orbit drivers do not physically lift passengers and Airport Orbit vehicles are NOT wheelchair accessible). If a client would like to transport their own personal wheelchair, this excess luggage must be indicated with Airport Orbit's Booking Agents when making their reservation and the wheelchair must be portable/folding [NOTE: Electrically charged & Battery Operated chairs and Hover-rounds can not be transported by Airport Orbit.]

Portable or Folding Wheelchairs Permitted

Clients with excess luggage (traveling on extended trips/vacations) can be accommodated...however they must make special arrangements with Airport Orbit's Booking Agents when making their reservation. Clients with many pieces of luggage (over two/2 per person) or over-sized luggage (bicycles, trunks, foot lockers, golf bags, etc.), may be required to book a "Priority Shuttle" ($25 additional fee - each way).

We Can Accommodate!

Clients traveling with with SMALL dogs or cats (weighing no more than 20 pounds) can be accommodated... however the animals must stay in travel carriers (as per airline regulation) and the clients are required to book transport as Priority Shuttles ($25 additional fee - each way).

Keep Your Loved Ones Safe & Comfortable

Clients traveling with young children MUST indicate such with Airport Orbit's Booking Agents when making their reservation. As per Pennsylvania State Law, all children traveling in vehicles MUST be in appropriate car seats and restraints. Airport Orbit can provide (at no additional charge, but only upon request) the appropriate car seats as follows:
1. INFANT SEATS - for infants ages 1 day to approx. 12 months old
2. TODDLER SEATS - for toddlers ages 1 to 2 years old
3. BOOSTER SEATS - for children ages 2 to 8 years old

Clients of All Ages are Important to Us

NOTE: Airport Orbit Drivers will not fasten car seats or children into car seat restraints - this is the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
NOTE: Clients that have not made arrangements for proper car seats with Airport Orbit's Booking Agents must know that AIRPORT ORBIT WILL NOT TRANSPORT CHILDREN UNDER THE AGES OF 8, WITHOUT PROPER SEATS & RESTRAINTS AS REQUIRED BY LAW. Car seats must be requested and reserved, we do not carry them in our vehicles on a regular bases (they are stored in our office and used only upon request).
NOTE: Clients may provide and bring their own car seats, of course.
