Airport Orbit reservation bookings should be made in advance (24 hours preferred – Airport Orbit bookings are made on a first-come/first-serve basis, therefore advanced reservations are highly recommended – especially during holidays/high travel times). Travel particulars should be available when making a reservation booking which allows us to determine the best assigned take-down or pick-up time for flights, trains or buses based on traffic and weather conditions, address location, and the required amount of time at the airport or station. Our reservations staff verbally confirms the time that one of our drivers will arrive and also sends a written reservation confirmation slip (via fax, e-mail, or post) prior to departure.
Our complete Terms and Conditions are indicated on the written reservation confirmation slip for complete knowledge and referral. Reservations can only be made with a booking agent during office/booking hours which are weekdays from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time (some days may be closed during holidays).
The Airport Orbit Reservations Team is pleased to keep client’s information on permanent file upon request. Permanent files maintain maps, directions, telephone contact information, personal preferences, payment information and details for readily available reference on future bookings. We are committed to protecting our client’s privacy and only use such information provided to secure reservation bookings. We do not sell, trade, rent or use the information for any other purposes other than to perhaps mail holiday greeting cards or to occasionally notify clients about important functionality changes/additions to our services.
