Airport Orbit, Inc.’s AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION is the only specialized ground transportation service of its kind operating to/from the Pittsburgh International Airport and downtown Pittsburgh Amtrak and Greyhound Bus stations with a fleet of vehicles servicing all of Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Lawrence, Mercer, and Venango counties.

We Are A Door-to-Door Service!

For transportation originating from the HOME/OFFICE/DORMITORY/ OR OTHER LOCATION, the passenger/client is responsible for being at the designated pick-up address at the designated pick-up time as set forth in the reservation confirmation slip. If the client is not present at the designated time and place, it is understood and agreed that the driver is not required to wait and no refunds will be issued to a client who fails to show at the designated time and place. (No Shows equal No Refunds). However, if the driver is in a position to wait for the client and does wait, there is no waiting time charge for the first one-quarter hour (or fraction thereof). There will be a $3.00 charge for each additional one-quarter hour (or fraction thereof) waiting time for as long as the driver waits for the client to show up at the designated pick-up address (payable in cash only, directly to the driver).

Meet Our Drivers in the Chairs by the HERTZ Car Rental Counter

For transportation originating FROM THE AIRPORT, after client has retrieved any checked luggage, client is to proceed to and meet the Airport Orbit driver at Ground Transportation in the landside terminal on the lower level by the car rental company counters, (near the baggage claim area). Client should have a seat in any of the chairs by the Car Rental Counters (i.e. by Hertz, etc.). If the client is not present at the designated time and place it is understood and agreed that the driver will wait only one-quarter hour past the designated time (see DELAYS/EMERGENCIES below). The driver will meet the client INSIDE the airport in the area indicated above only! The driver will hold a sign with the client’s name on it. Clients are encouraged to wear white, round "Airport Orbit" stickers (distributed by drivers, mailed to clients, available in our office) for easy identification (simply place the sticker above your heart, sit down and relax...our drivers will find you).

Amtrak / Greyhound Downtown Pick-ups

For transportation originating FROM THE DOWNTOWN AMTRAK train or GREYHOUND bus stations, client is to meet the Airport Orbit driver outside the station by the main/front door entrance. The driver will meet the client outside the station only!
