Delays & Emergencies
Please, clients MUST -as it is their responsibility – notify Airport Orbit of any delays, changes or cancellations immediately. [Office and Emergency Numbers are indicated on the reverse side of the confirmation slip.] It is understood and agreed that the driver will wait one-quarter hour past the scheduled pick up time free of charge. A $3.00 charge will be assessed for each one-quarter hour (1/4) hour (or fraction thereof) that follows (payable in cash only, directly to the driver)..jpg)

- Other passengers traveling separately scheduled on the same shuttle.
- Stops on the way to/from the Pittsburgh International Airport/downtown Pittsburgh Amtrak/Greyhound stations.
- Other passengers traveling separately scheduled on the same shuttle to have delays, therefore incurring potential wait times to affect all clients.
