Airport Orbit

Delays & Emergencies

Please, clients MUST -as it is their responsibility – notify Airport Orbit of any delays, changes or cancellations immediately. [Office and Emergency Numbers are indicated on the reverse side of the confirmation slip.] It is understood and agreed that the driver will wait one-quarter hour past the scheduled pick up time free of charge. A $3.00 charge will be assessed for each one-quarter hour (1/4) hour (or fraction thereof) that follows (payable in cash only, directly to the driver).

It's Your Responsibility to Keep Us Informed

Please be informed that delays of 15 minutes (or longer) may result in pick up being re-scheduled on the next available shuttle. If the next available shuttle is not at a preferable time, a requested additional/second trip (if possible to arrange) will be charged separately and additionally.
