No Shows equal No Refunds.
If a shuttle is canceled
with a booking agent DURING BOOKING HOURS 24 hours prior to scheduled shuttle, client may elect to (1) receive a refund less a $15 Cancellation Fee on all paid reservations or (2) receive a Credit For Future Use less a $15 Cancellation Fee.
There is
No Refund if shuttle is not canceled
with a booking agent DURING BOOKING HOURS 24 hours prior to scheduled shuttle.
Additional trips will be charged as separate shuttles.
Time, Date or Other Changes to scheduled shuttles access a $15 Change Fee.
NOTE: Regular Booking Hours are Weekdays 9AM to 5PM
