Reservations
All reservations must be made by telephone, in person, via e-mail or via fax. Regular Booking Hours are Weekdays 9AM to 5PM E.S.T. (client should inquire about holiday booking hours). Reservations must be made in advance of providing service. All rates are billed from the time when the vehicle leaves the Airport Orbit office parking facility area until the time the vehicle returns to the office parking facility area. Airport Orbit Inc.’s office is located in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, downtown proper.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If a cancellation of a reservation is received: (a) more than 30 days prior to the date of service, the entire deposit shall be refunded; (b) more than 15 days but 30 days or less from the date of service, 50% of the deposit will be refunded and the other 50% will be forfeited and not refunded; © more than 15 hours from the scheduled pickup time but 15 days or less from the date of service, the entire deposit will be forfeited and not refunded; and (d) within 15 hours or less of the scheduled pickup time, the credit card of the client on file will be charged the full applicable rate for the service requested, and the entire deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
CHANGES
All changes must be received by telephone (changes cannot be made with drivers or via e-mail or fax) at least fifteen (15) hours prior to pick-up. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the client will be charged in full if the change request was not requested at least 15 hours prior to pick-up time.
NO SHOWS
No Shows are clients who do not show up at the designated time and/or place. No Shows are not entitled to a refund of their deposit and their credit cards will be charged for all services for which a reservation was made, including the 15% Driver Gratuity. Drivers will wait only 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.
SPLIT HOURS
Split-hours reservations must be arranged in advance and are available only on trips within a 25 mile radius of Airport Orbit’s office parking area and only if there is at least a three hour delay from the time the client is dropped off until the client is picked up at the same location. Charges for split-hour reservations will still be on the basis of garage-to-garage charges for each split part of the trips being calculated and added together.
HOLIDAYS
Transfers are scheduled on a pre-reserved, pre-arranged, pre-paid, first-come, first-served and upon availability basis. 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Some restrictions may apply. Operation continues throughout the year regardless of holidays
