Rates

$60 per Hour / $30 per Half Hour and a 15% Driver Gratuity. All time rates require a one half hour increment minimum. Fractions of the half hour are rounded to the next half-hour.

RATE CHANGES

All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.

CONDITIONS

All rates are billed from the time when the vehicle leaves the Airport Orbit office parking facility area until the time the vehicle returns to the office parking facility area. Airport Orbit Inc.’s office is located in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, downtown proper.

OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES

All tolls, parking fees and other out-of-pocket expenses shall be added as an additional charge.

ADDITIONAL TIME FEES

Additional time requested is subject to availability. Additional time requested is added to the original reservation at $60 per Hour and $30 per Half Hour plus any surcharges and a 15% Driver Gratuity.

EXCESS BAGGAGE FEES

Excess Baggage requested is subject to space available. Assistance with excess baggage accesses a $5 charge per 50 pounds of average sized luggage. It is the client’s responsibility to indicate to the booking agent the exact number of bags they will have for transport (checked and carry-on luggage). If notice of excess baggage is not given by client during the reservation booking, luggage will not be transported unless space permits. Excess Baggage fees are added to the original reservation plus any other applicable charges and a 15% Driver Gratuity.

DRIVER GRATUITY

In addition to hourly rates and other applicable charges, there will be added a charge for Driver Gratuity in the amount of 15%.
