SPROCKET's Car Service

Airport Orbit, Inc.’s SPROCKET POINT-2-POINT TRANSFERS car service for private and corporate needs.

A transfer is one pick up location and one drop off location within a half hour minimum time frame (no maximum time). Transfers may originate from any point in Pennsylvania and be destined to any point in Pennsylvania, except service will not be provided originating in Allegheny County and service will not be provided which is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority. Some restrictions may apply.

PICK UP / DROP OFF LOCATIONS

All transfers are door-to-door, each location should be requested and specified by the client and will be indicated in the confirmation.

AVAILABILITY

Transfers are scheduled on a pre-reserved, pre-arranged, pre-paid, first-come, first-served and upon availability basis. 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Some restrictions may apply, and a deposit of 20% is due and payable when reservation is made.

SERVICES INCLUDE

Transfer; Luggage Assistance (1 checked luggage and 1 carry-on); Friendly Professional Drivers; Sent E-mail, Fax or US Post Confirmations; and Personalized Signage (upon request).

SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE

Surcharges, Excess Baggage, Beverages, Communication/Telephone/Wireless Services, Overnight trip additional fees such as meals and/or accommodations for the driver.

BOOKINGS

All reservations must be made by telephone, in person, via e-mail or via fax. Regular Booking Hours are Weekdays 9AM to 5PM E.S.T. (client should inquire about holiday booking hours). Reservations must be made in advance of providing service.

INSURANCE / LICENSE

Insurance coverage meets the requirements set forth by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and is regulated. Airport Orbit, Inc. is a fully licensed transportation services and registered in the State of Pennsylvania.
