PAYMENT
A deposit of 20% must be paid at the time reservation is made for the estimated full transfer reservation booking charges, based upon the number of hours reserved, any other applicable charges and required driver gratuity. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card only. A credit card is required to make any reservation. Payment in full (balance) is charged during Office/Booking at least 72 hours prior to use/scheduled reservation.
DEPOSITS
All reservations require a 20% deposit of the full transfer reservation booking charges and, if the reservation is not cancelled at least 15 days prior to the date of service for which reservation is made, the deposit is non-refundable.
BILLING
Transfers are billed by adding Time Rates (the number of hours reserved) with Other Applicable Charges (if any) together and then adding a 15% Driver Gratuity to that amount. Other applicable charges are subject to audit after the completion of the transfer and any assessments will be billed additionally and separately to the credit card on file.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in the form of credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Credit cards are required to make any reservation. Drivers do not carry cash due to safety concerns. Any cash payment given to a Driver will be considered an additional gratuity and cannot, under any circumstances, be recovered from the Driver or credited to the client’s account.
